Enjoy a cozy Christmas home tour full of white, gray and emerald green neutral holiday decor and inspiration!

Happy holidays everyone and welcome to my cozy Christmas home tour 2022!

A big thank you to my friend Krista from The Happy Housie for hosting this Christmas home tour. If you are hopping over from This Is Our Bliss, welcome! I’m so glad you are stopping by! I hope you find some new ways to help make your home all the cozier this Christmas season.

So let’s start this tour in the kitchen and then move on to the living room!

Cozy Christmas Kitchen

You may think there is not any way to make a kitchen cozy, but I have a few ideas that may change your mind.

Even though I kept the Christmas decorations pretty simple this year, I did add some cozy touches throughout our small kitchen.

Warm Glowing Garland with Fairy Lights

One of my favorite places to decorate for Christmas is our kitchen window. Last year I had a whole village twinkling away. This year I went way simple but still cozy with a single faux pin garland and some fairly lights.

At night, those fairly lights provided the softest glow. And somehow, they magically make doing the dishes not such a chore. 🙂

And because I just can’t go a year without using my favorite Christmas trees, you’ll find a soft glow on my favorite counter tray too!

My organized tray may be a tad bit busier but it’s completely necessary so that one more corner of the kitchen can get a little cozier!

Cozy Candle Light

Speaking of cozy, candles are such a great way to add a warm feeling to any room. And I have a sneaky way to help you light them without having to search all over the house for matches or lighters.

Simply grab some tall matches, a small vase, and one striker paper sticker. Simply stick one striker paper sticker to the bottom of the vase, insert the matches and you’ve created a little candle lighter!

Place the vase of matches next to any candle in any room. And then you will have everything you need to get that soft glow in no time!

Cozy Christmas Living Room

Now let’s move this cozy Christmas home tour over to the living room.

Warm, Cozy Seating

This year I decided to place my arm chairs flanking the fireplace. I did this for two reasons. One, I needed room for the tree – of course. 🙂 And two, I wanted to create the coziest seating area in the whole house. Which – I did!

Chris and I both have been enjoying this snug, cozy place to unwind at the end of the day. Kick the fire on, put the feet up and fall right asleep at 7:30. I’m kidding – kinda. We are so old! 😉

Velvet Bows For Extra Coziness

I decided to add a cozy little something extra special to our gallery wall. Some faux garland with a velvet ribbon placed above a few of the larger frames. Such a fun way to ‘Christmasfie’ up this wall for the holidays.

If you don’t have a gallery wall in your home, this simple Christmas decor addition would look great above some picture frames as well. It’s so easy to do too!

You can watch the Instagram video of how I made the velvet bow greenery for our wall gallery frames below:

Cozy Christmas Tree Glow

And of course, no Christmas home tour could be complete without the cozy glow of the Christmas tree. This year I decided to up my tree decorating game and go all out with three different ribbons. I shared my easy Christmas tree decorating step-by-step tutorial earlier this month. You can find that post HERE.

See what I mean about this seating area? The cozy fire is all ready for ya!

Thank you so much for touring our home for Christmas! I hope you found a ton of inspiration and ideas to adding that cozy Christmas feel to your home.
