Gorgeous Fall Stems
I love looking at fall decor! So rounding up some of the best fall stems for you is a total treat for me. Here are eleven of my favorite fall stem top picks (sources are included right below the image):
FALL STEM SOURCES: yellow lace bush | autumn fig fall stem | golden yellow leaf | maple leaf stem | astilbe bundle | burgundy green leaf branch | maple leaf spray | dogwood branch | sedum stem | autumn oak stem | dahlia |
So many fun selections right? I usually lean more to the neutral color scheme like the gorgeous golden yellow leaf stem – my favorite pick for sure!
Tips On Selecting Fall Stems
Now if you are unsure of which beautiful fall stems would look best in your home, let me give you some tips and thoughts to consider before you buy.
Consider the Stems Tone
First thing to consider is the tone of the stem. Do you have more neutral tones or bright tones throughout your home?
Since I am a neutral loving girl, I’m not going to buy any stem that has a very bright tone – it simply would not fit with the current neutral tone of my homes aesthetics. It would make the room ‘feel off’. And that’s not the look we are going for in our home decor!

Tans, beiges and even some muted red shades are mostly what I keep my eyes peeled for when shopping. Even though I may see a ton of beautiful fall faux stems, if the color tone isn’t the right fit for my home – I pass it up.
Pay Attention To Realistic Characteristics
You don’t want to choose a stem that looks SO fake, right? So a few questions to ask yourself: are the branches hand painted? What material are the stem leaves made of? Do the leaves have marking that resemble the look of real branches clipped from trees?

Often what it comes down to getting a faux stem branch that looks fantastically realistic is the price point.
As always, I totally recommend staying in your decor budget. But sometimes, saving for a quality stem that will last for years is a very affordable way to shop.
Shop Off Season
Speaking of savings, I’ve often found the best time to snag a great quality fall stem is late in the season or even the off season. And at the beginning of the season (like now!), many stores will run sales as well. No need to pay full price!
This may require some patience on your part – but I believe good faux stems can definitely be worth the wait!
Fantastic Vases
Now let’s talk about some beautiful vases to display your new fall stems. The right vessel is KEY in making your fall stems look their absolute best. Below are some of my top picks:
