Welcome to a neutral Christmas Home tour full of black, white and that famous buffalo check pattern.

Welcome to day two of our Christmas home tour (be sure to also check out our front porch and master bedroom if you missed them)! Today I’ve teamed up with my friend Marty from A Stroll Thru Life along with another set of blogger friends to share our Christmas Kitchen and Dining Room. If you came over from Seeking Lavender Lane, welcome to our Christmas Home!

The first place I wanted to start this tour is our kitchen. This room got a pretty big makeover last December and now I get to enjoy decorating it for the holidays.

This year I wanted to keep with a very neutral color theme. So throughout the home tour you will see lots of black and white. And that famous buffalo check pattern appears in nearly every room!

I first placed that buffalo check rug in the kitchen this Fall, but I loved it so much I had to include it for the Christmas too!

My little corner tray even got some holiday cheer with the addition of a new black planter and some Christmas ribbon.

A fun Christmas printable was added to our coffee station corner. It’s a quote from my favorite Christmas movie of all time–  Christmas Vacation. I have three others you can print too! Just click here to get all four famous quotes

My cute little rosemary tree came home with me after a visit to Trader Joe’s.  I just love the smell of fresh rosemary! Actually, all the wreaths and fresh greenery came from there, you just can’t beat the price.

When I first laid eyes on those striped napkins, I instantly wanted to use them as place mats. So that’s what I did!

I complimented the the place setting with classic white dishes and black plaid napkins. For the center piece, some simple fresh greenery and a few candles sets the Christmas mood.

On the buffet, I set up a cupcake and coffee bar. Cupcakes totally go with Christmas, don’t you think? Any season and any day if you ask me!

I had an extra stocking this year, so I simply hung it on the mirror and filled it with more fresh pine.
