The Best Peanut Butter Cookies

| |

Happy Friday my friends! Today I wanted to share with you a cookie recipe that will blow your mind! Why? Because they’re made with absolutely NO flour. Yes, you read that correctly. But I promise you, one bite into these Peanut Butter cookies and you’ll totally understand the title of this post!

The best peanut butter cookies you will ever make!

My husband has been a huge fan of peanut butter cookies for years. Me…not so much. But I have to confess….I have already eaten so many of these peanut butter cookies that I lost count. OMG! I can’t stop!

The best peanut butter cookies, just like mom used to make!

I’m willing to bet you a whole jar of peanut butter all the ingredients for these cookies is in your kitchen right now. Another reason why I love these cookies. 🙂  Next time when my hubby begs me to make a “quick” baked treat for him, this recipe will be my pick!

These cookies are also a great recipe for kids to try cooking in the kitchen. Since they’re so easy to make,  they can almost whip up a batch by themselves! (Just a little help with the oven, of course.) My sons favorite part is using the fork to make the criss-cross pattern. No great peanut butter cookie is complete without that trademark! 😉

These are the best peanut butter cookies---so delicious!

I hope you give these sweet cookies a try and let me know if my title is accurate! If you get addicted, you can’t say I didn’t warn you! 😉

    1. I’m actually not sure, Kim. I have never had the opportunity to freeze any because my husband always devours them! lol But I bet they would.

  3. They are good but they come out a bit to on the soft side. I put them in the fridge after I was done baking them.
