5 Ways To Make A No-Bake Dinner

Is it just me or is it hot out there?!
When we are in the hottest part of summer
I try to cook with the oven as little as possible.

Case in point last night, 
But after I cooked it in the oven at 450 degrees,
I found myself sweating in my kitchen trying to eat my hot pizza.
Yea, not good!!

So I have been on the search for some new recipes.
I found five new ways to make a no-bake dinner.
I think this might be helpful to you and me! 🙂

1) Bean, Corn and Tortilla Salad

This dish sounds super yummy, with avocado,
beans, salsa and tortilla chips. Fresh and comforting at the same time.

2) Thai Beef Rolls

These wraps only take a few minutes to make and they are portable.
Great for a picnic dinner in the park–in the shade of course! 🙂

3) Vegetable Pasta Primavera

Ok, for this one you do have to cook in a skillet (no oven),
but I think this pasta dish will be totally worth it!

4) Crab, Corn and Tomato Salad

A lemon-basil dressing compliments the corn, tomatoes, 
and crab in this no-cook salad. Add half a sandwich for a heartier meal.

5) Lasagna Caprese

Ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and high quality cheese 
make this no-bake lasagna a delight.
