The Plan with the Missing Factor
Yesterday I made some progress on my sons room.
Although I had a couple snags,
I figured them out and moved on.
Then today happened.
I have a snag.
I had everything planned out (I thought).
Layout…check.
Paint colors…check.
Cost…check and double check.
Time schedule, doable…check.
Step 1, 2, 3…check, check, check!
A sick kid that starts coughing and has me up all night…?
Dang it,
I forget the sick kid factor.
So today,
I hang up my DIY home remodel hat
and put on the “Mom. I’m sick hat.”
I think that’s probably a good idea for everyone involved.
I am so tired who knows what bad things could
happen with a nail gun and some paint. 🙂
