Thankful Thanksgiving Count Down: Day 2

Quiet moments….how I am thankful for thee. Those little uninterupted times. A moment when you can relaxe, unwind and just breathe. I find that as life goes on, I have less and less of these quiet moments.

Life can be so loud sometimes that we can’t even hear our own thoughts. We do hear our kids yelling calling our names, or the sound of the phone beckoning us, or the television blabbing away. We have very little time in our day when there is just….quiet.

So that’s why I am so thankful when those moments sneak into my day. A warm cup of tea, a car ride by myself, a snowy winter day. Treasures….those wonderful quiet moments…
