Happy Tuesday to you!

I created it last weekend and after I got the ‘two-thumbs up’ from little man,
I’m ready to share it with you today!
Summer officially began at our house last Friday. Woo hoo!So this week is the start of our new Summer Schedule.
I created it last weekend and after I got the ‘two-thumbs up’ from little man,
I’m ready to share it with you today!
Summer schedules may seem like they are unnecessary but
I believe they can actually be really helpful to keep everyone happy
and sane during the summer!
(Especially, Moms!)
So let’s break down my weekly schedule, shall we?
On Move It Monday, we will be heading up to the mountains to enjoy some great family time. Not only will there be hiking and a picnic lunch, we will also spend some time journaling about what we see and experience. (A great way to work on improving our writing skills in a fun way!)
On Thinking Tuesday, we will be spending time at home playing educational games. (A combination of computer games and board games.) We will also do some reading and writing.
On Wet Wednesday, we are going to get wet, duh! 🙂 We will be going to a local water park or our recreation center to jump in the pool. So rain or shine, we are gonna be wet!
On Trip Thursday, we are headed out of the house and somewhere fun. We will be going to activities at the local libraries, museums, or park. And just for fun, maybe see a movie or two. 🙂
On Favorite Fun Friday, it’s totally going to be little mans choice. He may want a play date or to repeat something from the week.
If you’re looking at this schedule thinking, “Hey, I need one of those.”
I’ve got you covered!
Just because I like you all so much,
I have two different schedules that you can print or download.
You can grab a copy of the completed schedule above (HERE)
or you can get the blank one below (HERE).
The blank copy allows you to write in a different daily activity each week.
Simply frame it, use a dry-erase marker and
then just erase and start over when a new week arrives.
Here’s to everyone having a fun and happy Summer!
