Fantastic Easy Dinner: Chicken Pesto Stuffed Peppers. Once back to school hits. I want to cook the easiest dinners ever. So when I spotted this article with 5-ingredient back to school dinners, I had to stop and take a look. And these stuffed peppers seemed like a delicious easy dinner -especially if I use our favorite Costco pesto! Can’t wait to give them a try. 🙂
