Easy Cinnamon Cream Cheese Twists

Soon their will be lots of visitors in your home needing a quick breakfast or a sweet after dinner treat. Well, friends…look no more! My Easy Cinnamon Cream Cheese Twists are exactly what you need in your kitchen!

These twists only need three ingredients: can of cinnamon rolls, cinnamon and sugar.

To make this recipe even simpler, you can use the included icing. But if you want to fancy it up…quickly whip up the cream cheese glaze. It’s totally worth it. Every finger licking drop. 🙂

These easy cinnamon cream cheese twists are perfect for holiday guests. Whether it be a quick breakfast or an after dinner treat, everyone will love it!

Easy Cinnamon Cream Cheese Twists

Prep Time: 5 minutes  Total Time: 15-20 minutes 
Serves 5

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll of Immaculate Baking Organic Cinnamon Rolls (get a $1.00 off coupon HERE!)
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of butter – melted

Glaze: (optional)

  • 2 oz cream cheese – softened
  • 1 tablespoons butter – softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

To make twists:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large cooking sheet with cooking parchment paper. Combine sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Open the can and remove the rolls and unroll each one length wise. Once completely outstretched, fold the roll in half and pinch the ends together. Dip into the melted butter, then lay on small plate with cinnamon sugar. Roll to coat. Holding pinched ends, twist and lay on cooking sheet. Repeat with each roll.

Bake 18-20 minutes, or until browned. Remove from oven and let cool on cooking sheet for 5 minutes. Make glaze while waiting. 

To make glaze:

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add milk and the gradually add the powdered sugar. Add more milk if needed to get the right drizzle consistency. Drizzle desired amount over each twist.
