Create a super trendy concrete serving tray in just a few simple steps!
I have to admit, this concrete serving tray DIY project was such a blast! I’ve never worked with concrete before. And as soon as I finished making this tray, I couldn’t wait to make another concrete project. If you have ever been intimated to work with cement, I’m here to tell you…don’t be! You don’t want to miss out on making this– I think it’s the new must-have in your home. Just take a look at my new Concrete Serving Tray!
This month the Home Depot’s is hosting a DIH Workshop where you will be able to make your own tray! This concrete tray project is perfect for a mom’s night out, don’t ya think?! Here’s the details on when and where:
The Home Depot regularly offers these amazing Workshops at all of their locations for do-it-yourselfers of all ages and experience levels. There is basically three different types of Workshops offered: Do-It-Yourself (DIY), Do-It-Herself (DIH), and Kids. You can learn how to build home decor projects (like this cute tray), how to make easy home repairs, and how to operate tools through demonstrations and step-by-step instructions! I just loved this June’s DIH Workshop project, the Concrete Tray. Visit HERE to learn more!
You may have noticed, I gave mine a few changes! 😉
I built it the same as The Home Depot workshop coming up this Thursday, I just decided to go with a different size and color. You know how I love my grays!
I also decided to change my pulls to match my stainless steel kitchen cabinet hardware. I just love the combination of stainless steel and concrete.
