Artichoke and Black Olive Pizza
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 20 min.
1 13.8 ounce can refrigerated Pillsbury pizza crust
1 14-ounce can jar pizza sauce
1 6-ounce jar artichoke hearts (oil packed)
1 red onion
1 2.25-ounce can sliced black olives, drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cups Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
olive oil cooking spray
1) Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2) Unroll the pizza crust on a lightly floured surface. Spray a pizza pan or baking dish with cooking spray. Place the dough on the prepared pan.
3) Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Layer the pizza with artichoke hearts, onion and black olives. Top with the cheeses. Top with the parsley and oregano.
4) Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is deep golden brown. Enjoy!
