21 Days To A Clean Organized Home: Day 7- 5 Minutes To A Clean Microwave
I hope everyone had a nice, relaxing Saturday. Seeing how its still the weekend, I am starting the week with a pretty easy cleaning task. Today’s project will only take up 5 minutes of your day.
You will need 4 items:
A cup of water, a lemon, some Windex and a sponge.
Minute 1:00:
Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice into cup of water.
Remove glass turn-table from your microwave (if you have one).
Place the cup of lemon water in microwave and spray interior with Windex.
Minute 2:00-4:00:
Turn on your microwave for 2:00. While that is heating…
wash your turn-table glass and you can wipe down
the outside door of the microwave, including the control panel.
Minute 5:00:
Remove the cup of water and wipe down
the inside with the sponge. Done!
Your microwave is now clean and it should be smelling lemony fresh! All in five minutes!! 🙂
Wow! I’m definitely going to try this—I hate cleaning the micro.
Don’t you just love how it makes the kitchen smell too? No more heavy ammonia or bleachy smell
EWW, windex! The chemicals, gag! I just use water and a lemon and it works great!
Windex is a gift from above lol. It cleans everything in a snap. Can’t wait to try this out! I hate cleaning our microwave since it’s so hard to reach.
