Switching out lights is one of the easiest way to update a room and give it a whole fresh new look. When we first moved into our home, the kitchen was the first room where I immediately changed the lighting. Over the sink was an outdated globe light and the main kitchen lighting was a big fluorescent light. I COULD NOT jive with either of those. 

So I replaced them with a drum flush mount and for the sink area I got a beautiful, black pendant light…

I get asked about my pendant light all the time ( you can SHOP for it HERE). I truly love it…but really, I got thing for pendant lighting! Our kitchen would look fabulous with some more classic pendent lights over the kitchenette area. So I went internet window shopping the other day and fell in love with 12 different pendants!
