Fantastic Fall Footwear: Chelsea Boot. If you love the famous Nordstrom boots but not so much the price, I found some of very similar that are 33% less!

Because they are water resistant, they are the perfect boot for rain or even small snow showers. They are also available in four other colors besides black; olive, sand, brown and ivory. My pick? You guessed it – black! 🙂
