Tis’ the season to start decking the halls. Along with the pretty tree and all the twinkling lights, the front door is a great place to add some holiday cheer! Last year for the Christmas holiday, I created a fun layered holiday doormats and rug combo.

The Jingle doormat was a perfect pop of red to lay on top of my light gray rug. I think my favorite thing about this fun trend is how the options and style combinations are endless.

And truth be told, finding the perfect mix and match combo is my favorite part. Sometimes I match up pairs based on colors, sometimes it’s the pattern. If you want more in depth explanation of my whole process, be sure to check out this post here.

But this post is all themed around the holidays so I’m showing you some super cute rugs that work great for Christmas. And almost of them (except maybe the red one) can still easily transition into any seasonal decor you want! So that means you can get months or maybe even years out of the same rug. That’s a win right!
