Are you ready for some football? Apparently the Broncos won last night! I’ve never been big into football but you know what I am a big fan of? I love gathering with my friends and eating! So if being a huge football fan gets me eating yummy snacks then I say…. GO BRONCOS! Who’s ready to dip into my Chili Cheese Skillet Dip? {hands are waving in the air}
My Chili Cheese Skillet Dip is an easy “Touch Down”! This appetizing snack only requires two ingredients; cheese and chili and about 10 minutes of cooking time.
You may be surprised to see string cheese in this recipe. I like to add it in for some extra stringiness in the dipping fun. Trust me….your friends and family are going to love the never ending string of cheese they’ll have to wrap around and around their chip. 😉
First step is to cube all of the cheese.
Then you scoop out the chili and pour it on top of the cheese.
Then it’s time to broil that skillet of goodness and when you’re done…. this is the results.
Need I say more? Let’s get to snacking!

This is one of my most favorite recipes in the world. We try and eat this every other week, honestly! Though I add cream cheese as well – totally worth it! I’ve never added string cheese before, just whatever block cheese we have in house (normally pepperjack). It’s the perfect snack food that works great as a dinner! Win/win!
Yummy and serving it right in the skillet makes it so fun. Thanks for sharing on the TastyTuesdays Linky Party. I hope you will join us again next week.
I am not much of a football fanatic but this would have been great to celebrate National Corn Chip Day yesterday. #WeekendWindDownParty
