Puffed Pear Pancakes – An Easy Breakfast

Ingredients:

Eggs 

Milk

Vanilla extract 

All-purpose flour 

Ripe pears, thinly sliced 

Sugar 

Ground cinnamon 

Salt 

Butter 

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, and salt until smooth. In a separate bowl, toss the pears with the sugar and cinnamon.

STEP 1

Carefully remove the preheated skillet from the oven and add the butter, swirling until it is melted. Arrange the pears in a single layer in the skillet and pour in the batter.

STEP 2

Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve immediately with maple syrup.
