Next mix thinset and start installing individual tiles. Tip: don’t mix all your thinset adhesive at once! Small batches is best.

For easy placement, I installed the first tile centered right behind my kitchen sink faucet. Then worked my way out.

A wet saw is an easy way to cut the tile. Just be sure to push the tile through the saw with same force from beginning to end.

Once tiles are installed, start the grouting process. Mix grout & use rubber grout flout to press the grout in between the tiles.

Be sure to protect your outlets with painters tape. Grout in small batches and remove excess grout with water & sponge.

Lastly, fill in the space where the tile meets the counters with some sanded caulk - in the same color as the grout.
