One of the greatest finds I snag at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is shoes for my oldest boy. I like to buy him quality sneakers but I don’t want to pay like $100 for them. This year I got him these Nike athletic shoes…

They are on sale from $80 to $52. Almost half off is a good price to me and generally they will last the school year. Another great item to buy is coats!

When it comes to shopping for the home, they are some great buys too. I am seriously thinking about buying a down comforter. Our currently one is like tissue paper. In the middle of winter in Colorado, tissue paper just doesn’t warm ya up. 😉

July 14 is a good day. Wanna know why? It’s the start of the early access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I’ve shopped this sale for a couple years now and snagged some great brand name items for a great price. So I had to share all the details so you can take advantage of it too!

If you are a Nordstrom cardholder (debit or credit) you can shop the sale now until the 21st. If you don’t have a card, you can start shopping on the 22nd. If you’re thinking it’s too late to do the credit card thing, you can do the debit card like me. It just links to a checking account of your choice and then you’ll receive all the perks and access to the sales. You can sigh up HERE and then you’ll be able to start shopping right away!

This morning I got up right away with my coffee in hand and started looking at what was on sale! I found some great neutral, or timeless pieces that I think will go great with many outfits. My splurge item is those Hunter Rain Boots. Been wanting some of those for ever!
