With the holidays just around the corner, I know this is a popular time of year that people want to look their best. So we start the diets, that way we can enjoy the feast on Thanksgiving and all those goodies that start appearing in December.
As far as diets go…the only suggestion I can give is eat whole foods and smaller portions and cut back on the sugar. And that’s all I got to say about that. (Little Forrest Gump fun!) Now for exercise…I got a plan you may be interested in!
I stumbled upon this on Pinterest. The flat stomach in two weeks is what caught my eye. But this plan also states to not only flatten your stomach, but slim your thighs and firm your butt! All in only two weeks!! Sounds do-able!

I am going to give this a try. Two weeks is not that much time…and I am ready for a new body…or at least an improved one!
